Full Stack Lead Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead Engineer to drive engineering excellence, mentor technical talent, and support the delivery of scalable cloud-native solutions.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people development and engineering governance, working closely with product teams, architects, and delivery squads to establish standards, improve engineering practices, and build a high-performing engineering community.

• Lead the design and delivery of modern full stack applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, REST APIs, and AWS.
• Define and promote engineering best practices, architecture standards, code quality, security, and CI/CD adoption.
• Mentor and coach engineers across multiple squads, supporting capability development and technical excellence.
• Partner with architects, product owners, and platform teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, REST APIs, and AWS.
• Experience with microservices, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and influencing technical direction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in Agile environments.
