Welcome to Future Up, where we support you in
your learning and preparations to acquire the skills required by the jobs in
greatest demand in the country. We’re happy you’re here.
We know that it’s difficult to find options and
tools that empower you to learn in different ways. That’s why we created a
platform that works via a recommendation engine that’s tailored to your tastes
and interests.
How can our platform help you?
At Future Up, you’ll find skills and content within
the five most dynamic sectors for foreign direct investment. These are Advanced
Manufacturing, Digital Technologies, Life Sciences, Light Manufacturing, and Services.
Everyone learns differently and what may be
very effective for you may not be for someone else. That’s what makes Future Up
stand out: our diverse learning options, which include bootcamps
(intensive training programs), face-to-face classes, hybrid learning, podcasts,
learning paths, social networks, and synchronous and asynchronous classes.
Here’s how to register:
1. Go to www.futureup.com via the browser of your choice.
2. Select the button that says "Start Here."
3. This will take you to the page that says “We welcome you to the future!”
4. Look for the "Sign Up" button. You can sign up through your
existing Google or LinkedIn account; if you don't have either, you may join via
an email account; you’ll need to create a password that includes 8 characters,
a capital letter, and a number .
5. Check your email (the email associated with your Future Up account). There
will be a message from Future Up Mailer; click on Verify your account!
6. And voilà, it's that easy! You're now signed up to access the future of
skills and continuous learning.
IMPORTANT! So that Future Up can make recommendations tailored to you, you must complete your profile. This consists of 6 pages and 30 questions regarding your interests; if you have any questions, please watch this video:
Since you already have an account and have
completed your profile, now we’ll show you how to navigate your account.
Future Up has 4 sections:
a. The Select menu contains all the skills that Future Up has made
available to you; choose which ones you’d like to develop and designate as “developed”
any skills that you already have.
b. "Discover" contains roles or positions within an organization;
choose those with which you identify and eliminate any that you wouldn’t be
interested in.
c. If you have any questions about your knowledge, English level, or
skills, choose "Evaluate" to have access to tests that measure these
metrics. You can take these tests at any time.
d. And finally, under “Learn,” you’ll access the recommendations that
Future Up has for you; now, it’s time to start learning!
