Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance

West Monroe offers a medical and dental private insurance plan for employees to elect through ASSA.

The plan will have individual coverage, employee plus spouse coverage and employee plus family options.

Employees will be eligible for $50K in life insurance which will be paid by West Monroe.

Time off

We honor Costa Rica's 11 national holidays with paid time off. Employees are entitled to an additional 14 days of paid vacation (PTO) each year, not including sick leave.

Parental leave

We offer maternity leave for first 6 weeks after childbirth paid 50% by the government / social security fund and 50% by West Monroe.

An additional 10 weeks paid leave will be paid by West Monroe.

Secondary caregivers will receive 5 weeks paid leave the first year following childbirth.

Remote work stipend

Employees will receive $45 per month to subsidize their home workspaces.
