Quoting Analyst

Purpose of the job:

Responsible for creating, editing, reviewing and managing customer quotes and pricing configurations. Ensures accuracy in quoting processes, alignment with contract terms, and compliance with internal policies and controls. Collaborates with Sales Reps.

Responsibilities

Create, edit and maintain accurate customer quotes in Salesforce

Review contract terms, product configurations and pricing rules for quote compliance.

Contact Sales team to validate discounting, special terms, and non-standard deals.

Monitor and manage quoting queues and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Support audits and reconciliations related to quoting accuracy and approvals.

Troubleshoot quoting errors and provide solutions for process improvements.

Work cross-functionally with Billing, Finance and Order Management to ensure quote alignment with downstream systems.

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Quoting, Deal Desk, or similar roles
• Language proficiency in English
• Familiarity with quoting tools such as Salesforce or similar
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to interpret pricing models, product catalogs, and discount structures
