Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance

• West Monroe offers a medical and dental private insurance plan for employees to elect through ASSA.
  
• The plan will have individual coverage, employee plus spouse coverage and employee plus family options.
• Employees will be eligible for $50K in life insurance which will be paid by West Monroe.

Time off

• We honor Costa Rica's 11 national holidays with paid time off.  Employees are entitled to an additional 14 days of paid vacation (PTO) each year, not including sick leave.

Parental leave

• We offer maternity leave for first 6 weeks after childbirth paid 50% by the government / social security fund and 50% by West Monroe.
• An additional 10 weeks paid leave will be paid by West Monroe.
• Secondary caregivers will receive 5 weeks paid leave the first year following childbirth.

Remote work stipend

• Employees will receive $45 per month to subsidize their home workspaces.
